GBB was founded in 2006 by Miguel Reynolds Brandão and is a member of Empire Business Brokers, an organization founded by the world pioneer business broker, Nicholas Gugliuzza, with over 40 years experience and thousand of transactions accomplished by a network of 70 partner offices in the US.
